RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

1.  Can I return or exchange my item?

Xpr3ss Lyf3 Return Policy:
Due to Covid-19, we will consider a return on a case by case basis.  We respect the health and safety of all our customers and do not want to put anyone at risk.  To be eligible for return at Xpr3ssLyf3, the product that you purchased must be unused and still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.  We require the original receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation for proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.  FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALES (NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES).

2.  Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?

Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we received it.  We will evaluate the product to make sure it is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you.  We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.  If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALES  (NO REFUNDS) depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive your refund within 4 to 7 business days.  Paypal can take up to 30 days in order to receive your payment.

SHIPPING:  You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us.  The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable.  If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.  If you have any further questions regarding your refund, then please do no hesitate to contact us to find out more.
